Ikebana
The Art of Giving Life to Flowers
Come and discover the Japanese art of flower arrangement known as Ikebana. Unlike the western flower arrangements, the ikebana is often characterised by its asymmetric appearance, showcasing harmony, beauty and balance.
We offer an experience to fully immerse yourself in the art of Ikebana by observing skillful works of an ikebana master, and an opportunity ask the master anything about the world of Japanese flowers.
The event begins with a 15-minute English guided walk from the meeting point to the venue, where you will watch 2 types of Ikebana performances by the master of Koryu-style Ikebana.
